Return Period:

-Customers have 14 days from the date on which you receive the goods to return your order to us.

Exchange Process:

-Once your exchange is approved, please return the item to us following the instructions provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

-After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange. We will ship the new item to you at no additional shipping cost.

Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Refunds:

-Smoxygen.com will process your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued to the same payment method originally used for the purchase, and you will incur no fees for such reimbursement.
