So they were out of an item they stated was in stock. Instead of reaching out to me to work out a solution, they just shipped what they had and refunded me. That is very off pudding as they didn’t know if I wanted a different item. This way I could get an in stock product with the same shipping order. At least I got my money back. However, didn’t leave me with a good feeling about their customer service.
