*Return Period:*
-Customers have 14 days from the date on which you receive the goods to return your order to us.

-Once your exchange is approved, please return the item to us following the instructions provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
-After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange. We will ship the new item to you at no additional shipping cost.
