Once a package has been shipped, we cannot redirect it. Smoxygen.com is not responsible for nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
LOST & UNDERLIVERED PACKAGES
Smoxygen.com is not responsible for lost or undelivered package. In case there are any issues arising from packages not being received, the customer must resolve the issue with the postal carrier in use. Smoxygen.com will provide all the information necessary to resolve the problem. All shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Smoygen.com ships internationally. The shipping rates are based on your location and the weight of your order.
Please note that the customs office at your country may impose additional duties and fees on your order, inspect it and even confiscate it. By placing an international order, you are agreeing and accepting all the risks and liabilities for importing tobacco into your country.
We advise you to contact your local customs agency for duty information and to be prepared to pay the duties if necessary. These charges are not included in your shipping cost and will not be reimbursed by Smoxygen.com. We are not responsible for enforcing the tobacco import laws of your country.
For orders returned to Smoxygen.com from a customs office, customers will be refunded only the value of the products received. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that in case of any return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund of the returned items.
Please note that all the prices are listed in USD and will not be automatically converted into your local currency upon checkout. Smoxygen.com is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.
Some shipping methods may be unavailable for certain international locations.
