Shipping Delays:

Shipping Confirmation and Order Status:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the designated shipping address upon delivery. In case there are any issues arising from packages not being received, the customer must resolve the issue with the postal carrier in use. Smoxygen.com will provide all the information necessary to resolve the problem. All shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Cancellation Rights:

-Customers are entitled to cancel your order within 2 business days or before the order has been dispatched by the carrier, without any obligation to provide a reason for doing so.

Return Period:

-Customers have 14 days from the date on which you receive the goods to return your order to us.

How to Cancel:

Exchange Process:

-Contact our customer service team at info@smoxygen.com to initiate an exchange. Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.

-Our team will review your exchange request to ensure it meets our policy criteria and will inform you if the exchange is approved.

-Once your exchange is approved, please return the item to us following the instructions provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

-After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange. We will ship the new item to you at no additional shipping cost.

Please note that some items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Refunds:

-Smoxygen.com will process your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued to the same payment method originally used for the purchase, and you will incur no fees for such reimbursement.

Return Conditions:

-For the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

2. The goods are in their original packaging.

3. The goods have not been used or damaged.
