- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the designated shipping address upon delivery. Smoxygen.com will provide all the information necessary to resolve the problem. All shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Cancellation Rights:

Return Period:

-Customers have 14 days from the date on which you receive the goods to return your order to us.

-After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange. We will ship the new item to you at no additional shipping cost.
